Not just cooking classes, we offer you a group dinner, gathered around a large table, in the ancient kitchen of our Country Boutique Hotel, in an environment that recalls the family life of the past. The wood-burning oven and the skilled hands of the chefs who prepare the suckling pig and spit-roasted meats and roast pecorino spread on carasau bread warm up the atmosphere. All washed down withwine Cannonau generously produced from our vineyards.

Walk in the countryside
If you want to have a slow experience in Bitti, surrounded by nature, do not miss the walk in the countryside organized by our staff. You will be accompanied inside our winery in Preta Ruia. Here you will have the opportunity to collect the fruits that our land gives us, stroll through the lush fields and taste the wine of our production, of Cannonau and Vermentino blends.

Our lunches in the vineyard convey the warmth of a moment lived in the family, next to nature that provides the fruits specially grown for daily use in the Country Boutique Hotel restaurant. Walk to the Refuge
If you are curious to live a slow experience in contact with nature, we recommend that you choose our excursions to the refuge. It starts from the Country Boutique Hotel Su Lithu and arrives in the Crastazza area, within the Tepilora Regional Park at almost 1000 meters above sea level. Here you will be surrounded by unique and secret landscapes that reveal an enchanted path, where the colors and scents are those of unspoiled nature. If you want to extend the magic of authentic moments, you can refresh yourself in the refuge, which has ample space for overnight stays with a sleeping bag.

Visit to the winery
